Sharon asks…

What weight loss solutions worked for you?

i want to lose a little bit of weight to get me back into the normal size for my age. I want to try to do this in a healthy way such as eating less fat and working out more. please give suggestions

Evian Gillette answers:

You might want to try eating more fruits and vegetables. Also chew your food slowly so that you know when your full when you actually get full. Only eat when your hungry, but when you want to snack try eating plain almonds or unsalted popcorn with little or no butter or margarine. Hope this helped!

Laura asks…

Does anyone have any ‘quick’ weight loss solutions?

I’m 15 years old, 170cm tall and I weigh about 50kg. I know I’m not overweight, but I’d definately like to shead a few kilograms before Summer arrives. I’m trying to exercise regularly and eat well. I understand the health risks of the ‘quick’ weight loss solution, but if anyone has any information/knowledge to spare it would be more than appreciated.
50kg is equivilant to 108Ibs

Evian Gillette answers:

Go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or
to buy special meals or plans.
