1.How can college students keep their meals healthy on a budget? It is very easy if you know how to be creative with canned and frozen foods. I can not really cook so I needed something that could be my routine that was easy to prepare. I stock up on all kinds of beans, namely butter beans, chick peas, kidney beans and frozen foods such as broccoli and cheese, mixed vegetables, and canned food such as tuna and sardines. My morning meal is about $2. Throughout the day, I snack on almonds and at night, I eat what I have at home.
